The National Minority Quality Forum is accepting nominations for the 2018 40 Under 40 Leaders in Health Awards, honoring influential young minority leaders making a difference in health care. Deadline Feb 2, 2018.

A wide range of health professionals are encouraged to apply: physicians, pharmacists, dentists, anesthesiologists, nurses, policy experts, researchers, and others. Nominations must include a resume, letter of recommendation, photo and a personal statement of 500 words or less on why the nominee is deserving of recognition. Nominees must be under 40 years of age by April 12, 2018.
